Kids at the Park - Summer 2026

Looking for a fun and affordable childcare option? You're in luck! Kids at the Park is back for Summer 2026, offering options for full and half day summer camps at Wetmore Park for campers in 1st-5th grades. Full-Day program - June 15^th - August 21^st   2026, and half day from June 22^nd-July 24^th 2026.

Each week will feature fun themes, outdoor adventures, creative projects, and more to keep kids engaged and having fun, all in a safe and welcoming environment. With a mix of games, on site splashpad and playground time, arts and crafts, and even field trips and special visitors, this camp will be the perfect place for your child(ren) to build confidence, nurture a love of the outdoors, try new things, and connect with new friends.

This popular program is stationed at the Wetmore Park East Indoor/Outdoor Shelter and runs Monday - Friday from 7:30 am - 5:00 pm (full day program), and 1:00-5:00 (half day program).

Registration Information

Kids at the Park FULL Day Camp

Registration is open! As we intentionally keep this program small, spots are limited. Registering early is the best way to guarantee enrollment in the weeks you are interested in. If the weeks that you would like to enroll in are full - please join the waitlist. Spots may become available for you to enroll. Camp is held Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm.

Program fee- $250.00 per week. Payment options available - see below for more information on payment plans. 

Early Bird Discount - Use code SUMMERCAMP26 at checkout through March 31, 2026 to receive a 10% registration discount.*

Kids at the Park HALF Day Camp

NEW THIS YEAR - we are excited to offer a new half day camp option during select (Sun Prairie Summer School) weeks. Participants in the half-day program will meet up with our full-day campers for an afternoon of fun including games, sports, arts and crafts and time on the playground and splashpad. Half day camp runs Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM during the weeks listed below. 

Registration for half day camp opens on April 7th, 9:00 AM. Spots will be limited. If the weeks you are interested in are full, please join the waitlist. 

Program fee- $180.00 per week.

Child Information Sheet - This informational document is required of all participants and must be returned prior to your child starting camp. Completed copies can be set to asmet@cityofsunprairie.com.

Program Policies

Program Payment Options 

Participants may choose to pay in full at time of enrollment or elect to use a payment plan. Payment plans allow for you to spread out camp fees instead of paying in full at the time of enrollment.

The following schedule applies to payment plans:

• • At enrollment -A 10% deposit is due at time of registration.
  • Final Payment-The remaining balance must be paid in full by June 1st, 2026.
  • After June 1 - Payment plans will no longer be available. Full payment is required for any new enrollments.

Payments can be made towards your camp fees by visiting your account. If you have any questions or concerns about your payment plan, please contact our office for assistance.

Program Refund Policy 

Program fees will not be refunded or credited days that participant does not attend camp after enrolling. The following schedule applies to refunds:

• • Cancellations on or before June 1st - Eligible to receive a full refund minus a $25 withdrawal fee.
  • Cancellations after June 1st - Eligible for a 50% refund up to 14 days prior to your enrolled camp start date.
  • Cancellations within 14 days of your enrolled camp start date - No refunds will be issued.
