Recollection Wisconsin brings together digital cultural heritage resources from Wisconsin libraries, archives, museums and historical societies and shares them with the world in partnership with the Digital Public Library of America.

Obituaries

SPHLM Obituary Collection

Data and obituaries compiled by Museum staff and volunteers ca. 1996-2018 in a database previously called "the Death List." The database, now called the Obituary Index, includes birth years ranging from 1758 to 2017 and death years ranging from 1818 to 2018. The collection includes PDFs of corresponding obituary text.
